Hi!
Here’s who I am and what I do.
I’m an emerging instructional designer who specializes in breaking down complex processes into simple, usable learning. I’ve built complete training solutions, supported global teams through hands-on instruction, and collaborated with experienced IDs to understand best practices and design workflows.
My background includes several years in technical operations at Cummins, where I often stepped into SME and training roles. Those experiences sparked my interest in learning design and taught me how to communicate clearly across different audiences and regions.
I’m currently building a portfolio that reflects my growing ID skill set and my commitment to designing learning that’s concise, practical, and grounded in real work.
